my lovely Macondo

Hi everyone. I can't remember exactly the first book I read but I remember it was awesome! It takes me to another world, the boy who lives in that world had a grandmother and a great-grandmother. He went every weekend to visit they but a day his great-grand mother was gone and he didn't understand why, when he grows up his grandmother was gone and he understood then what happen to his lovely grandmother and great-grandmother and why. It was an emotional book, when my grandmother died I read this book and I understood many things.

My favorite author is Gabriel García Márquez. I just can't stop read him, all his books. I love how he takes ordinary things and transform it in magical things but for the characters it's too normal this magic like when Remedios La Bella went flying with the sheets (the wind takes her) and her great-grandmother just was care for the sheets. the characters, the author describes they so good, he makes they look so normal, so human even characters like Pablo Escobar in "Noticia de un secuestro" where Pablo kidnaped a lot of reporters and important people but he still looks kind. The Gabriel's stories are so dynamic, I can't explain this point, the stories always take an unexpected way like when the "hojarasca" determinates the life of a whole city.

As you can think, my favorite book is "Cien años de soledad", "La cándida erendiada y su abuela desalmada", "Del amor y otros demonios" and the whole books of García Márquez. I can't decide which of it I love most. I can't describe my whole love for this books, I feel that we can see the humanity of the world here, we can see the life as it is, mundane and with its high and down points.

In the moment, I'm reading "El crepusculo de los ídolos" (Nietzsche), it's hard to read xD but it's so awesome. I will love to read "El ingenioso hidalgo Don Quijote de la Mancha", I read the whole book, the 1160 pages, I read it a few years ago and it was so fun! I love this book a lot, really, a lot jajajajja I would like to read it again. in fact, I usually love most the books I read. "the alquimist", "the little prince", "Macbeth", "Edipo rey" I can't remember all the books but I love it so much. I love to read A LOT jajajajajaja.

  7. I have read many books by gabriel garcia marquez, and you have reason your books are magical even though they start from something everyday, and something that I love about it is that characters or places are not linked only to a book if not several.
What reminds you of his other books
